I build software, fix bottlenecks, and occasionally retire a spreadsheet. Currently working on products and retail technology at CardsHQ / Sports Card Investor.

SLABBER: less listing work, more listed cards.
Getting a graded card onto Shopify takes more work than you might think. We rebuilt SLABBER to bring the cert data, images, AI content, and review process into one place.
The problem
A card in inventory isn’t much use online until it has an accurate listing. Cert details, photos, metadata, and descriptions all need to be ready before someone hits publish.
The work
I worked with engineering and inventory on the product and rollout: a Shopify app that takes cards through enrichment, review, approval, and publishing. AI handles part of the work; people still get the final say.
The result
Launched in August 2026 with PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC support, editable listings, and job history. One workflow from cert to Shopify-ready listing.

CardsHQ · Payments & operations
Instant payouts, put to work at The National.
Helped launch debit-card payouts for collectors selling us cards. At The National, the team paid out more than $500,000 through the new flow in roughly two and a half days.
The problem
When someone sells us cards, getting them paid is part of the product. We wanted to give sellers an instant digital option that our buying team could use at the counter and at shows.
The work
I worked across the Stripe integration and the day-to-day rollout: how buyers offer it, what sellers need to do, and what happens when a payout fails. The software was only part of getting it working.
The result
More than $500,000 in instant payouts at The National in 2026, over roughly two and a half days. A useful test of both the product and the process around it.

Sports Card Investor · Consumer products
Making the collector tools easier to use.
I also work on the SCI App and Market Movers: how collectors look up cards, choose a grade, track what they own, and record what they’ve sold.
The focus
Help collectors get from “what’s this card worth?” to the next useful action without making them figure out how the software thinks.
The work
My work includes the Card Details redesign, grade selection, Add to Collection, owned and sold flows, and analytics to understand how those features get used.
The approach
Understand the problem, work through the details with engineering, and follow through on delivery. The small interactions matter when people use them every day.
How I got here.
I came to product through operations. That probably explains why I’m as interested in the process behind the software as the software itself.

Product Manager
I own product work across collector tools and retail systems, working with engineering and the people running the business to turn operational problems into software that helps.

B.S. Entrepreneurship
Failed a semester and took a year off in a fairly committed attempt to get kicked out for good. When that didn’t work, I discovered I actually missed the challenge. Went back, crushed it, and graduated in 2020. An unconventional route to an entrepreneurship degree, but arguably on brand.

I live in Ocoee, Tennessee, with my wife, Laurel, and our children. I’m into 20th-century British literature, trading cards, and old things that require maintenance. Our 1900 farmhouse conveniently covers that last category.
