Why start a website?
Blogs are of no particular interest to me outside of researching niche hobbies and trouble-shooting car issues. The typical self-exhibition of bloggers is, I find, a far more tasteless attention-grab than the amusing shennanigans one might find on X.com or any other common forum for self-promoting nonsense. I say this to inform you, dear reader (who have somehow stumbled upon this meager website), that I do not intend to keep up a regular "blog site", nor do I intend to promote this experiment to the public. It will be, instead, my forum for learning, documenting, and (on rare occassion) articulating my thoughts on some matters.
As a non-technical player in the the software industry, I aim to learn a bit more about coding and web frameworks while editing this site at the code-level. If you are reading this, I have achieved at least a small part of this goal.
As a man in general, I aim to practice organizing/communicating complex thoughts through writing. This website will act as my public forum, open for scrutiny and discussion. I doubt others will read the posts that follow. But should I be proven wrong, I look forward to the criticism and debate around any ideas discussed herein.
Lastly, this site will operate as a sort of living resume. My previous experience in startups, software, etc. will be documented under the Projects page, which will link to blog posts for more detail. Please forgive any conceit you read into this section, and certainly feel free to ignore it entirely.
